1- Citrus fruits

4- Broth with scraps of vegetables

We end with something a little more “classic”, but not yet well known. Did you know that you can put your vegetable scraps in the feezer to make a delicious broth? Keep all your peelings, scraps and pieces of vegetables that you are not using in a large freezer bag. Make sure to wash your vegetables thoroughly beforehand. When the bag is full, add the contents to a large pot of water and simmer for about 30 minutes. Filter for a delicious homemade vegetable broth and voila!
